During your stay in Jefferson, TX, step back in time in a beautiful 1890s Queen Anne Victorian home. This proud Texas Historic Landmark offers lodging perfectly nestled in the heart of Jefferson’s charming historic district. Our home received a full restoration in 2022, bringing its original elegance back to life while adding all the little luxuries today’s guests appreciate.

Guests are encouraged to make themselves at home throughout the Benefield House Bed & Breakfast. Step into the parlor, where time seems to slow down among antiques and period furnishings. Listen to music on the 1880s Thomas Edison phonograph, play a tune on the baby grand piano, or sink into a cozy wingback chair with a good book. When you’re ready for a little refreshment, stop by the all-day coffee bar for a treat or a beverage, then head to the porch to unwind and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature.

Our three elegant guest rooms and two cottages, each with a private bath, combine timeless antique furnishings with modern amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. Gourmet Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the dining room at 9:00 a.m. for our in-house guests, while cottage guests enjoy breakfast delivered to their door at 9:30 a.m. Our first course consists of fresh fruit or fruit pastries served with fresh juice and coffee. Our second course alternates between sweet and savory with a meat side. Each morning you will be treated to a different breakfast during your stay with us.
